Contracts Manager – Groundworks & Pilling

Salary + Package: Up to £65k + car/car allowance, pension, 24 days annual leave excluding bank holidays.

This contractor has over 30 years of industry experience offering a one stop shop to commercial contractors and private developers. The contractor offer a wide range of services ranging from their patented engineered foundation systems, various types of piling and underpinning groundwork services.

They are looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee ground engineering and pilling packages along the M4.

What will be required of the Contracts Manager:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a project/contract managers role

• Good planning, change management and budgetary control skills

• Excellent time management skills

• Piling experience preferable but not essential(if no pilling experience then groundworks/ground engineering experience will be essential)

• SMSTS Qualified

• CSCS card

• Full clean driving license
