Contracts Manager - Surrey

Recently, an experienced individual with a few of his former team members came together to start up their own groundworks/RC frame contractor, and since then the organisation has gone through the roof. Now employing over 100 staff, this company has been successful in exceeding expectations and are still continuing to grow!

They have identified the need to recruit a Contracts Manager into the business to manage their Southern Region, covering from their Head Office in Staines down to the coast. With a team of Project Managers and their staff already in place, it is overall a well-oiled team that only has one gap in the structure – could that be you?

Whilst reporting to an experienced and devoted Construction Director, you will have the opportunity to oversee multiple sites with the overall portfolio of work equation to over £40m within your remit. With successful performance and considering the way that the business is going, you could be considered for a Construction Managers role within the next 18 months.

Required:

RC Frame/Groundworks experience

Can oversee a team of 5+ Project Managers

Ability/flexibility to travel

Desired:

Degree qualified or equivalent
