A Contracts Manager is required to manage a portfolio of work in Central London built of small to medium demolition projects. This can be up to 7 projects at any given time. A small team of Project Managers will also be directly reporting to the successful Contracts Manager. This is ideal for someone who feels that they have the ability to run their own projects and teams with little to no supervision.
