After being formed almost half a century ago, this groundworks contractor has built up a significant reputation for delivering civils projects for main contractors, private clients and developers at the highest standard. These projects are valued between £750k-20m and are located across Southern England. Currently their turnover sits at £60m and they have a goal to increase this by at least 10% year on year.
A Contracts Manager is required to manage their Kent & Essex region which is busier than ever at the moment. They currently have 10 live sites which the successful Contracts Manager will have full authority over. Each site will have a Foreman that will report directly to you. The successful Contracts Manager will also be responsible for attending client meetings, ensuring that site documentation is completed to deadline as well as work on site being up to standard. There will be an element of travel involved as it is a large region to cover, however costs will be covered.
