It is a friendly, fast-paced and busy environment and we look for hardworking, dedicated and flexible staff to grow and evolve with the business. They are now looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our fast paced and ever-growing company.

Contracts Managers role

Your role as a Contracts Manager will be to make sure projects are being delivered safely, within budget and to agreed standards. Ensuring all plant, labour and material on sites under your control is properly organised and managed. Support the board in developing new clients and maintaining service to existing clients, securing the long-term future of the company.

Contracts Managers Requirements:

• Building related competency / Project Management Certificate is desirable.
• Been a Contracts/Project Manager working on civil engineering groundwork packages for at least 4+ years.
• HNC or Degree in civil engineering or structural engineering, construction management or project management is desirable.
• Effective oral and written skills.
• Ability to use a tablet/ basic computer knowledge. Basic programme preparation using a computer preferably.
• Health & safety on construction sites – Qualification recognised. Plant and material relevant to groundworks.
• Clean driving licence.
