Contracts Manager (Groundworks & RC Frames) - Bedfordshire

A specialist Groundworks & RC Frame Contracts Manager is required to join an established organisation managing several sites within the Northern Home Counties and surrounding areas. They currently have live sites in Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, and Essex and are likely to be securing work in Hertfordshire. Your primary location will be their large, modern office in Luton.

The role will see you overseeing a team of between 4 to 7 Project Managers, depending on the size of the portfolio of work. Designated commercial teams will be working closely with you in order to ensure that the projects are running to budget. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that the quality of work and the progress of projects to agreed standards and timescale.

Required:

• RC frame and groundworks experience
• Ability to be client-facing
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Valid CSCS card

• Degree qualified or equivalent
