Contracts Manager (Groundworks & RC Frames) - Surrey

Are you a competent Contracts Manager with experience of overseeing 2-4 groundworks/RC frame projects?

Do you regard yourself to be a ‘hands-on’ team leader?

Have you got experience within pre-construction, most importantly programming?

A close-knit delivery subcontractor is looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager that can act as a key figure within their groundworks and RC frame division. This is a division that covers all structural alterations, groundworks, earthworks, foundations, basements and concrete frames for a variety of repeat clients.

They are seeking a professional that has the ability to oversee a small team of Project Managers and Foremen and take the full delivery and contractual responsibility of up to 4 schemes.

This will be working directly with the Construction Director too and the successful Contract Manager will be closely involved with all pre-construction.

The ideal Contracts Manager will have previous groundworks/RC frame subcontractor experience with working knowledge of pre-construction and programming.
