An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Contractors Engineering Manager (CEM) to work with a Network Rail leading contractor on a busy and fast paced civils framework agreement in the South / West Country including working on bridge enhancements, station refurbishment, platform extensions, tunnel works and embankment projects.
As the Contractors Engineering Manager (CEM) you will be responsible for the management of the design delivery process and managing the engineering process throughout the complete project lifecycle.
To be considered for this role the successful Contractors Engineering Manager (CEM) will ideally have the following background and experience:
- Demonstrable experience within a similar role within an appropriately sized engineering organisation in the Civils sector / on projects for infrastructure clients. - Previous experience in the Rail / LU / TfL environment and acceptance as a CRE and CEM PTS - Degree or higher level qualification in a numerate discipline typically an engineering or related discipline. Ideally Chartered Engineer status.
