They have successfully secured a full order book by repeat business and their reputation for delivering award winning schemes so have an opportunity for a Contract Surveyor to join their established team to deliver all duties on a new build housing scheme in London.
The ideal Surveyor will have a stable career history and a minimum of five years’ experience working for a contractor on schemes with a value of £5 million carrying out the full range of Contract Surveying duties on all packages from demolition to finishes. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Contract Surveyor looking for the next step in their career development & progression to join an expanding organisation who believes in promoting from within where possible and will develop you to your full potential.
