Are you a Construction Manager with experience of running large scale commercial fit-out projects?

Do you have proven experience in working on major multi-million pound building projects?

Are you looking for an exciting long term freelance opportunity on a highly prestigious project in London? 

Responsibilities:

Your role Construction Manager will see you reporting into the Project Manager delivering a number of floors on a highly prestigious commercial fit-out project.  Experience as a Construction Manager within a main contractor or a specialist interiors company, along with a proven track record of leading quality and safety is essential.   

Required:

• Fit-out Experience
• Experience of working on projects £20m plus
• Construction or Site Management experience
