Construction Manager - Fit-out - Berkshire

Do you have previous Fit-out experience working as a Construction Manager on either residential, commercial or hotel projects?

This rapidly expanding Irish contractor have recently been awarded several prestigious developments because of their reputation for quality on time delivery.

Due to these awards they are seeking a Construction Manager who can deliver a high end finish and to play a key role on a £25 million mixed residential development. If you are looking to move to an exciting new opportunity working with a company that excels in their field then this is an ideal opportunity for you. As Construction Manager, a proven track record of working with key main contractors or developers will be essential along with a solid history of leading projects on time and within budget.

Essential criteria:

•          Minimum 8 years proven Construction Management experience

•          Project Delivery of either residential or commercial projects £10 million plus
