Are you a Construction Manager with finishing’s experience of working on high profile mixed commercial and residential developments?

Do you have proven experience in working on a major multi-million pound residential or commercial project?

Are you looking for an exciting long term freelance opportunity on one of London’s most prestigious developments?

Responsibilities:

As Construction Manager your role will involve being part of a successful team looking after the finishing’s on a highly impressive £100m plus mixed residential and commercial project. Reporting into the Project Manager, your role will involve managing subcontractor’s quality of work and maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and environmental management. Experience as a Construction Manager, with a structured career history within a main contractor or a developer is essential. 

Required criteria:

• Commercial or Residential Experience
• Finishing’s experience
• Experience of working on projects £20m plus
