This highly successful developer is seeking an experienced Project Manager to run a £38 million residential project in London. This is a new build project consisting of 160 units where the successful Project Manager will be leading all on site activates and reporting into a Project Director.

The Project Manager will be a highly driven individual and motivated by the successful delivery of projects. With a solid background in construction and great leadership skills the responsibility for the successful completion of the project will be yours.

Responsible for the project delivery, profitability and quality of the project outcomes by overseeing and managing all processes and procedures related to day-to-day operations. You should also have a stable career history of working permanently for several years with a developer in the position of Project Manager,
