An international Civil Engineering Contractor working on both large-scale projects in the civils sector is on the lookout for a Construction Manager. With a reputation that precedes the work they do and with a stream of projects being won recently in the UK and all over Europe, this contractor is looking to increase their size even further with a flagship Data Centre project in Sweden.

As a Construction Manager on this Data Centre project, you will be on site day to day with involvment in the planning and managing aspects of the project. Overall management of the project is a key part of this Construction Manager role with ensuring the staff, materials, plan and other aspects like the Health & Safety and the Compliance of the project is all running smoothly.

The successful Construction Manager would be provided accommodation in the beautiful city of Eskilstuna as well as a package on top which will contain a pension contribution, travel allowance (including flights) and a subsistence allowance for food and general living.

Do you have what it takes?

• Degree in Qualified in relevant discipline (Required)
• EU Passport is required (Not UK)
• At least 5 years’ experience as an Construction Manager (Required)
• Previous experience working in Data Centres (Preferred)
