This leading international contractor has recently been awarded a number of high specification residential and commercial developments and due to these prestigious awards they are looking to expand their team

They are looking for a Construction Manager to join their team. This role of Construction Manager will see you taking responsibility for all finishes on a 40 million pound, high rise, high specification residential development. The successful Construction Manager must work efficiently, safely and professionally to ensure that the project is completed within time and budget. To be considered for this Construction Manager role you must be highly motivated and possess excellent communication skills.

Essential criteria:

•          Minimum 5 years proven Construction / Finishing Management experience

•          High spec residential finishing experience
