This successful London based contractor is looking to grow their team by introducing a Construction Manager to their organisation.

As Construction Manager you will be responsible for all finishes on a high spec multi million pound residential development.

The successful Construction Manager must work efficiently, safely and professionally to ensure that the project is completed within time and budget.  As the chosen Construction Manager you must be highly motivated, possessing excellent communication skills as well as having worked within the residential finishing sector and within the construction industry for a minimum of 8 years.

•          Minimum 8 years proven Construction Management experience

•          High spec finishing experience
