As Construction Manager you will be responsible for all finishes on a high spec multi million pound residential development. This role will see you working efficiently, safely and professionally to ensure that the project is completed within time and budget.

The successful Construction Manager, will be highly motivated and possess excellent communication skills. Worked within the residential finishing sector and worked within the construction industry for a minimum of 8 years.

Essential criteria for the ideal Construction Manager:

•          Minimum 8 years proven Construction Management experience

•          High spec finishing experience
