If you have answered yes to the above then this is the role for you! 

This London based leading construction management organisation is on the look out for a Construction to join their team. As Architectural Packages Construction Manager your role will be to manage all the Architectural Packages, such as :

- Drywall partitions and ceilings

- Decoration

- Carpentry

The successful Construction Manager must work efficiently, safely and professionally to ensure that the project is completed within time and budget, along with that will have excellent communication skills.

Essential criteria:

- Minimum 5 years proven Construction Management experience

- Residential experience

- Architectural Packages background
