Compliance Maintenance Manager - London - S

I have an exciting opportunity as a Compliance Maintenance Manager working within the public sector for a progressive company.

The role is paying up to £45 per hour for a duration of 3 months, with the likelihood of this being extended and becoming a rolling contract  

The duties include:

Delivery and management of planned and responsive maintenance across multiple operational sites, including the provision of a 24 hour emergency call out service, ensuring that all buildings are operationally compliant.

Managing a budget of around £3m with works being completed both in house and externally

Developing and implementing the programmes of work to ensure all buildings properties are fit for purpose based upon condition survey information and budget availability

Managing contractors to ensure works are to the highest standard  

Looking at all aspects of compliance from fire risk to asbestos ensuring that data is captured and that is kept up to date

Essentials:

The ideal candidate will have 5 year's experience working within a public sector organisation

To have worked as a Compliance Manager or Building Surveyor / Project Manager

A driving license and transport is essential for this role

To hold a relevant qualification (RICS, Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE))

Experience of handling budgets of up to £3m
