Working on power distribution and new connection projects, the HV Engineer will commission a range of equipment as part of a busy maintenance team.  This will include switchgear and transformers.

Responsibilities:

• Commissioning of 11kV and 33kV infrastructure, including protection commissioning
• Fault diagnosis and testing
• Primary and secondary injection testing, relay testing
• G59 schemes
• Report writing

Requirements:

• Experience in 11kV and 33kV commissioning with either a Distribution Network Operator (DNO) or Independent Connections Provider (ICP)
• Qualification in Electrical Engineering
• Driving licence
