Commercial Manager (or Senior Quantity Surveyor)

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor with one of the most successful housebuilders in London and Home Counties. You will take the reigns over all commercial aspects of a major new residential development on the London / Hertfordshire border. This employer is as busy as ever and have a great opportunity for a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee a project with years of work still remaining before completion.

This is a Commercial Lead role managing a team of competent staff on a project which brings several traditionally built new houses and flats to an open green field in Potters Bar, reporting into an off-site Director.

Experience working on sizeable construction projects will be necessary and, given the size & duration of this project, this employer will prefer CVs which demonstrate a stable work history with reputable main contractors and developers, having spent multiple years with previous employers respectively.
