A highly respected and leading international specialist civils contractor requires an experienced commercial manager for the UK business. As a company they have a number of divisions that range from small works through to major projects, where they are JV partners on the likes of HS2, Crossrail and Thames Tideway.

The role will focus around contractual reviews and the negotiations and commercial set up of those contracts in line with the company’s targets. Because of the nature of the role my client would be happy for someone to work from home but you will be required to attend meetings.

You will need to have a strong background in contract law, possess strong negotiation skills and have a thorough and detailed outlook in how you deliver your work.
