• The opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Manager to join a leading main contractor within the social housing, education, public buildings and healthcare sectors
• They also specialise in commercial, leisure, retail, heritage and high-end residential projects and continue to adapt to align with emerging markets
• Operating across the South of England, this organisation has grown to become one of the leading specialist contractors in the UK and are forecasting continued growth with a company turnover approaching £60m
• This role will see you joining a well-established and friendly team to become an integral part of the construction process
• Initially, you will be working on a range of new build schools in North London
• With excellent possibilities for career progression optimised through tailored training plans, this opportunity will enable you to join a leading organisation ensuring you will build your own portfolio whilst expanding your industry knowledge and experience

Required:

• 10 - 12 years’ relevant experience
• Experience managing your own projects
• Knowledge of traditional JCT contracts
• Ideally degree qualified or equivalent
