Due to continued growth, the opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Manager to join a well-respected fit out and refurb contractor to be based in Central London. Whilst reporting to the

experienced Commercial Manager, initially the role will see you working on a range of exciting projects dotted in and around London. These include commercial fit outs, hotel refurbishments and also retail works.

If you are looking for a long term assignment whereby you can take full commercial autonomy, be offered a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package on top of this then look no further!

Required:

• Ability to run your own projects

• 10 – 15 years’ relevant experience

• Interior fit out / refurb experience

• Ideally degree qualified or equivalent
