They are currently delivering one of London’s key stations, valued in the region of £600m.

They have a role for a Lead Commercial Manager to join the team and work closely with the Project Director to ensure the project is delivered to the commercial and time targets set with the client.

You will oversee a commercial team ranging from Assistant Quantity Surveyors through to Managing Quantity Surveyors, including specialist commercial surveyors.

Some key characteristics and experience would be the following:

• Strong communication skills with both your team and the client
• Have major infrastructure project experience
• TFL knowledge would be beneficial
• Strong negotiator and commercially astute
• Be able to identify problems, come up with improvements and strive to gain the best from your team
