Commercial Manager - Cambridgeshire

One of the UK’s leading utilities contractors are on the lookout for a Commercial Manager to join their water framework contract with their client Anglian Water. A recent restructure of the team has opened up the opportunity for this Commercial Manager to work with the Commercial Director on delivering the framework.

The contract is worth an initial £140 Million and was awarded in 2015 for a 15 year period with reviews coming every 5 years at the end of every AMP period.

You would find yourself managing a team of Surveyors and will be responsible for carrying out the commercial strategy outlined by Anglian Water which coincides with their goals and performance outcomes.

Requirements:

• Preferably degree educated
• Full understanding of NEC3 contract type
• Previous experience as a Commercial Manager
• Experience in the Utility Sector
