• The opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Manager to join a leading main contractor within the social housing, education, public buildings and healthcare sectors
• As the Commercial Manager you will be looking after their property services division working primarily with their social housing clients, mainly refurb, decent homes and universities
• They also specialise in commercial, leisure, retail, heritage and high-end residential projects and continue to adapt to align with emerging markets
• Operating across the South of England, this organisation has grown to become one of the leading specialist contractors in the UK and are forecasting continued growth with a company turnover approaching £60m
• This role as Commercial Manager will see you joining a well-established and friendly team to become an integral part of the post-construction process.

Required criteria for the chosen Commercial Manager:

• 10+ years relevant experience
• Housing experience, refurb and decent homes experience essential
• Strong communication skills
• Ideally degree qualified or equivalent
