• The opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Director to join a well-respected main contractor to be based in Central London. Initially the role will see you working on a £20,000,000 high end residential project in Central London.
• Working across a wide spectrum of real estate, each project this organisation undertakes is unique but every design, refurbishment and refit is approached with the same determination to deliver the best.
• With excellent possibilities for career progression optimised through tailored training plans, you could see yourself at Commercial Director level in as little as 2 years. This opportunity will enable you to enhance and develop your own portfolio as well as expanding your industry knowledge and experience.

Required:

• Ability to run projects under no supervision
• High end residential experience
• 8+ years relevant experience
