Commercial Manager (Water) - Surrey

Be an integral part of one of the biggest water framework contracts in the UK!

A market leader within the water sector has identified the need to recruit a Commercial Manager to oversee the Developer Services function of their 10 year framework with Thames Water. This is to oversee up to £25m per annum worth of work.

As the Commercial Manager, your duties will be:

• Mentor and lead up to 12 staff members
• Meet with the client on a regular basis
• Oversee all commercial functions of the Developer Services lead work

The successful Commercial Manager will be a degree qualified professional in either Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management, and experience within the civils sector demonstrating working knowledge of delivering high volume, low value contracts.
