Commercial Manager (Utilities) - London

A contractor with aspirations to be the UK’s number 1 utilities specialist have identified the need to recruit a Commercial Manager to lead a multi-million pound framework contract delivering service diversions for what will be a great attraction for the country, HS2.

As a Commercial Manager, your duties will be to:

• Assist in recruiting and leading a team of commercial professionals on the framework contract
• Work closely with the clients on the framework and meet with them on a regular basis to discuss progress
• Oversee the overall commercial function of the scheme

The ideal Commercial Manager will have a proven and structured career history within the civil engineering sector working for blue-chip organisations or specialist utilities contractors. Previous experience leading a commercial team is necessary, and the ability to assist in helping junior members of the commercial team with professional qualifications such as RICS is also favourable.
