Commercial Manager (Infrastructure and Utilities) - London - N

Commercially astute Commercial Manager required!

A fantastic opportunity for a long term contract has arisen with a market leader who are involved in a key JV on HS2.  They require a commercially astute Commercial Manager to oversee their £50m contract, which is currently at ECI stage so the commercial ability to perform pre-construction duties is key, as is the understanding and knowledge of working with the NEC Option A or C contract.

The role will see you join a dynamic and driven project team.  As Commercial Manager you will be tasked with ensuring the commercial risks of the company are protected, as well as managing a commercial team of Assistant to Senior Quantity Surveyors to drive profitability and quality.

The following experience would be ideal:

• Currently, or previously, have managed a contract with a similar value
• Ability to oversee and develop a team of Quantity Surveyors
• ECI experience
• Strong knowledge and experience in delivering NEC Option A or C projects
• Structured career history
