Commercial Manager (Highways) - Kent

A market leading contractor is looking for an experienced Commercial Manager / Lead to oversee a £40m highways and civils project in Kent.  The role will initially require you to commercially set up the job, with the position then going to site in around 6 months. The project itself will involve heavy structures, earthworks and concrete.

The duration on site will be approximately 2 years, but potential to change. The role will require the suitable Commercial Manager  to have the following experience:

• 2 stage tendering
• NEC
• Heavy civils (will not suit a highways maintenance background)
• Ability and confidence in delivering similar size projects
