Commercial Manager (heavy civils / infrastructure) - Berkshire

An exciting role has developed for a Commercial Manager to join this major Infrastructure contract.  The company is a market leading contractor who will be delivering this £500m + scheme.

Based out of their offices in Reading, the role of Commercial Manager will see you support the project Commercial Director in the day to day ruining of the contract. You will be responsible for a team of Quantity Surveyors of varying levels who will need managing, supporting and development over the duration of the contract

The duration on site will be approximately 4 years, with a further section of work being commenced following that.  The role will require the suitable candidate to have the following experience:

• Ability to manage and lead a team of Quantity Surveyor’s
• NEC/Heavy civils experience
• Structured career history in working for a Tier 1 infrastructure contractor
• Proactive approach to the way you deliver your work
• Good client interfacing skills
