After securing a portfolio of specialist schemes on HS2, this multi-disciplined, reputable contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee a £15m package of work including demolition, structural alterations and general civils.

As the Commercial Manager, your duties will be:

• Mentor up to two junior members of the commercial team that will be working with you on assigned projects
• Use your commercial abilities to make full cost effective use of the NEC form of contract
• Take full commercial control over schemes from inception through to completion

The ideal Commercial Manager will have a 10+ years structured career history demonstrating working knowledge of the NEC form of contract, managing own projects from inception to completion and the carrying out of measurements. A degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management would also be advantageous.

This is an opportunity to take full autonomy of a package of work on a landmark project allowing you to be left to your own devices and fully demonstrate what you can bring to an expanding organisation.
