Clerk of Works - London - E

This is an opportunity working for one of London's largest housing providers they deliver an extensive range of community programmes, providing quality affordable homes working with local communities. 

They are now looking for a Clerk of Works to join their team with experience in new build developments to ensure the quality of the project as well as to review specifications and identify any problems whilst ensuring Health and Safety guidelines are adhered to on site.

The chosen Clerk of Works will be reporting in to the Quality Manager. 

The successful Clerk of Works will have:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Clerk of Works 

• Working on New build projects

• A valid and up to date Driving licence
