This is an opportunity working for one of London's oldest housing providers they deliver an extensive range of community programmes, providing quality affordable homes working with local communities.

They are now looking for two Clerk of Works to join their team with experience in new build developments to ensure the quality of the project as well as to review specifications and identify any problems whilst ensuring Health and Safety guidelines are adhered to on site.

The two chosen Clerk of Works will be reporting in to the Senior Construction Inspector.

The successful Clerk of Works will have:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Clerk of Works

• Working on New build projects

• A valid and up to date Driving licence

On offer for the role is a salary of £45,000 plus a van and a fuel card, a bonus scheme in place as well as generous pension plan. There is great opportunity to progress your career with this company too, making you feel like a valued member of the team.
