Registered with The Institute of Clerks of Works or other relevant bodies?

If so this is the role for you! 

This Social Housing provider require a Clerk of Works to oversee major fire safety related cladding replacement works to blocks in its portfolio in London.

As Clerk of Works you will work closely with the surveyors managing the projects, to ensure all schemes are delivered safely and to the highest standard.

A successful Clerk of works will have;

• Registered with The Institute of Clerks of Works or other relevant bodies
• Knowledge of Fire Safety and cladding replacement.
• A min 5 years’ experience in working on fire safety related projects
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Professional, committed and works with honesty and integrity.
• Full driving licence.
• Car owner
