Clerk of Works - London - E

Do you have experience of providing the full range of Clerk of Works duties on housing stock?

Have you worked on projects including planned maintenance, refurbishment and new build schemes?

Are you a highly effective communicator able to liaise with all stakeholders?

If so, this is the role for you!

This role as Clerk of Works will see you take responsibility for the delivery of the full range of Clerk of Works services on allocated projects for this east London local authority housing directorate.

This role will also see you working in partnership with the Council’s appointed contractors and representing the Council on site to ensure that schemes are executed in complete accordance with the contract documents and technical brief.

You will also be monitoring the progress and quality of works and liaising with the contractors to ensure that project targets and standards are met as well as preparing reports of progress..

To be considered for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate working knowledge of inspections of works to ensure that they are delivered to the contract and technical brief requirements.
