This Surrey based Local Authority are currently looking for a Clerk of Works to join their team with experience in windows and doors replacements as well as kitchen and bathroom refurbishments. As the Clerk of Works your role will be to ensure the quality of the project, review specifications as well as to identify any problems whilst guaranteeing Health and Safety guidelines are adhered to on site.

The chosen Clerk of Works will be working as part of team while reporting in to the Senior Surveyor. 

Successful Clerk of works will have:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Clerk of Works 

• Experience replacing doors, windows as well as refurbishing kitchens and bathrooms

• Driving licence

On offer is a rate up to £28 per hour plus a car allowance.
