The role requires comprehensive technical skills specifically with regard to Building Structures and other elements of urban infrastructure in addition superb interpersonal skills to deliver the wide remit of duties this role requires the you to.;

• Take overall responsibility for the planning and management of services, ensuring community and customer needs are identified and met
• Ensure the delivery of identified service objectives and continuous improvement of service targets
• Achieve results through the effective management and development of people

The ideal Civil Structural Engineer will have a relevant professional qualification and have experience in providing professional support in the design, planning, co-ordination and implementation of major and diverse projects. To compliment the technical requirements of the position will be communicating and managing the expectation of a diverse group of stakeholders.
