Chartered Bridge Engineer - Greater Manchester

New Chartered Bridge Engineer vacancy with a Top 10 engineering consultancy in Central Manchester.

We are currently recruiting for a variety of highways related Bridge Engineering projects on carried out on behalf of clients including Highways England, smart motorways schemes and major local authority bridge projects, etc.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting in the development of an established bridge highway engineering team, working alongside a team of talented Bridge and Structural Engineers.

You will be involved in the delivery of key bridge schemes ranging in value from £150k to c£150m major scheme.

Using your previous experience gained from the UK bridge engineering sector, your skills will be put to good use on projects requiring Bridge design, maintenance and assessment knowledge along with being up-to-date with Design Manual for Roads and Bridges (DMRB) and Manual of Contract Documents for Highway Works (MCDHW) in relation to structural schemes.
