CAD Technician (HS2 project) - Hertfordshire

Are you an experienced CAD Technician with a track record of working on UK highways and bridges projects?

Do you understand the BIM process?

Want to work on high profile projects including HS2 and Luton airport?

I currently have a new freelance / contract job opportunity for a talented and conscientious CAD Tech to contribute to a variety of challenging and high profile civil engineering projects.

Get involved on the HS2 project!

To be successful in this role, you must be conversant with the latest BIM procedures and standards and be able to offer guidance or advice to progress on-going engineering schemes.

You will effectively be the “bridge” between the CAD function and the Engineering Design team.

I am looking for a self-starter with experience gained from working on UK civil engineering projects including elements such as:

• RC detailing
• Highways and bridges design
• Retaining walls
• Microstation skills are also preferred though not essential
