Building Surveyor-Fire remedial works - London - S

I am currently looking for an experienced Building Surveyor for a great company based in South East London. This company go the extra mile and look after their employees exceptionally well and offering a range of benefits as well as a generous salary.

The role would include:

• Managing improvements to fire prevention works
• Commissioning and managing a team of consultants to deliver site specific works
• Ensuring works are completed to a high standard
• Managing a team of Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) Surveyors ensuing that they are surveying the correct sites in a timely manner
• Managing complex projects ensuring that they are completed on time and on budget
• Managing budgets of up to £3million

For this role it is essential that you have experience of the following:

• Building Control
• Fire remedial works
• Social housing
• A license and vehicle is required
