Building Surveyor - London - N

This Social Housing Provider with a substantial portfolio of diverse properties across Southern England have an exciting opportunity for a Building Surveyor in the Repairs, Maintenance and Voids Team based in London and covering the North/Northwest London region. With a strong support culture the Building Surveyor will be joining a professional team who can deliver any training or professional development that may be required.

This Surveying opportunity will require the full range of duties from site inspection and defect diagnosis, preparing specifications of works especially for void properties and approving all works undertaken. This social housing provider have a comprehensive quality assurance system that will support you in delivering the levels of service required to maintain its excellent reputation.

An experienced Surveyor with a HNC in a Building Related subject or equivalent who can demonstrate a track record of success in a  similar role with the interpersonal skills to work within a culture of excellence and deliver a quality service. Or alternatively with the strong support culture in the organisation a less experienced person with good experience in supervising building maintenance work who wants to make the next step in their career would also be considered. Whilst technical skills are a pre-requisite, attitude and culture will be the key criteria for selection in this position

On offer is a salary up to £41,00 depending on experience, a generous benefits package and a wonderful working environment.
