An exciting opportunity for a Building Surveyor to join their team delivering a wide variety of improvement schemes by commissioning and managing external consultants. Duties will include the full range of building surveying duties from preparing the scope and specifications of works  through the construction phase and agreeing sign off.

The ideal Building Surveyor will have knowledge of construction process from preparing scope and specification of works, the full planning process including building control, familiar with standard forms of contract and controlling budgets. Ideally chartered or working towards full corporate membership of the RICS or CIOB.
