This Consultancy based in London have an opportunity for a Building Surveyor to join their team, working on projects within the commercial sector.

Your duties as Building Surveyor will involve:

• Working within a close-knit and vibrant team, but the benefits of a larger organisation.
• Advising on the design, construction, maintenance, repair and refurbishment of all types of commercial property
• Carrying out building, condition and measured surveys
• Analyse and report on building defects
• Handling claims and negotiations with loss adjusters leading to the preparation of drawings and specifications for remedial work
• Preparing schedules of dilapidations
• Preparing Notices, Schedules of Condition and Awards for Party Wall matters

The chosen Building Surveyor will ideally have:

• Successful experience of leading project team
• Excellent core building surveying and project management skills
• A track record of managing programmes of work
• Excellent client interface skills
