The Building Surveyor will:

• Work within a dynamic close knit team of open minded individuals
• Manage a portfolio consisting of 20 to 30 properties with works of up £1.5m per project
• Manage expenses against budget
• Undertake regional market analysis

So what’s required?

• 4 years of experience working on residential projects
• An appetite for data analysis
• HND, HNC or BSc in Building Surveying or equivalent
• The ability to demonstrate excellent communication and organisation skills
