About the job The project management team are expanding and have a need to bring in an experienced Mechanically bias Project Manager to assist with winning business and running projects beginning to end.
You will be managing the day to day operational service delivery for all M&E installation works and ensuring that project costs are met within agreed budgets. With a range of sectors covered and jobs being carried out such as CAT A/ CAT B Commercial fit outs to boiler installations for residential schemes, this role is sure to give you variety. Project values initially around £200k and set to increase to £1mil in the next year. All of the projects are in the city so you will never have to travel too far to reach site. About you You'll have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the industry. QBE (Qualified by Experience) is more important than academic qualification although relevant HND/HNC/degree would be highly desirable. Experience project managing jobs to the value of £100-500k. Professional, smart appearance and good at developing relationships with clients.
