Building Control Surveyor/Inspectors - London - N

This Client a highly respected Approved Inspector, they are known for really looking after their staff.

They are now looking to take on a number of Building Inspectors due to a substantial increase in new work.

They are flexible and can take on inspectors on a Full time or Part time basis ideally on a permanent basis.

They require experienced Building Control Inspectors to cover a number of Commercial, Residential, Educational and Healthcare projects throughout the UK

As Building Control Inspector you should hold a construction related (or equivalent) qualification, possess strong communication skills, be client focused and have the ability to help solve client problems on site, handling these effectively in writing, over the phone and face to face.

Some travel which will include staying away from home overnight may be required once per month if cover is required.

On offer for the chosen Building Control Inspectors is a salary of £50-£60K + package including car allowance or car + 25 days holiday + 3 days at Christmas along with a pension scheme and company contribution!
