Building Control Surveyor - Cambridgeshire

Are you an experienced Building Control Surveyor?

Have you worked for a local authority or an approved inspector?

This opportunity involves working with this highly respected approved inspector in the Cambridge office. They require an experienced Building Control Surveyors to join them, you will have the opportunity to manage your own diary and workload while overseeing a number of predominately large scale non-residential projects namely offices, education, research and commercial.

As Building Control Surveyor you should hold a construction related degree, possess strong communication skills, be client focused and have the ability to help solve client problems on site, handling these effectively in writing, over the phone and face to face.

It is highly desirable that you hold or are working towards an RICS or ABE qualification, have experience as a Building Control Surveyor working for an approved inspector or Local Authority.
